Here's how you do it:
1. Connect your iPod to your computer.
2. From within Windows Media Player click on the Sync tab.
3. In the left hand side list, select the MP3s you want to Sync to your iPod.
4. Click on the Sync button to begin copying your MP3s to your iPod.
