WinRAR is an archive manager with support for packing RAR and ZIP archives and unpacking RAR, ZIP, ZIP64, 7Z (7-Zip), CAB, ARJ, LZH (Lempel-Ziv-Huffman), TAR, GZ, ACE, UUE, BZ2, JAR (Java Archive developed by Sun Microsystems) and ISO (ISO9660) archives. You may use it to backup your data, reduce the size of email attachments, decompress files downloaded from the Internet and create your own file archives.

What's new in Version 3.70 beta 2:

* Positions of "Mode" and "Cancel" buttons in archiving dialog have been exchanged.
* Bugs corrected:
- Beta 1 could truncate names of files decompressed from ISO 9660 archives by one character;
- Progress bars in archive conversion window did not work correctly with "Windows progress bars" option turned on;

- "Load WinRAR settings from" dialog did not displayed if  settings.reg was not present in %appdata%WinRAR folder.

Doesn't the nag screen go away, though? You can technically use it forever.

It is perfect but please add a new UI if you can. The default one now is just dull feeling. Other than that, this is the best archiving program to have ever existed.
