Sumatra PDF is a slim, free, open-source PDF viewer for Windows.

Why another PDF viewer?
There's nothing wrong with Adobe Acrobat... except for annoyingly long startup time. Sumatra has a minimalistic design. Simplicity has a higher priority than a lot of features. It's small and starts up very fast. It's designed for portable use: it's just one file with no external dependencies so you can easily run it from external USB drive.

Changelog version 0.5 (2007-03-04)

* fixed rendering problems with some PDF files
* speedups - the application should feel be snappy and there should be less waiting for rendering
* added 'r' keybinding for reloading currently open PDF file

* added --+ and --- keybindings to rotate clockwise and counter-clockwise (just like Acrobat Reader)
* fixed a crash or two

Looks nice, but does it beat Foxit reader? (can't test now )

Adobe is bloated garbage indeed, but what does this one better than Foxit?
Looking at the screenshots, it looks very simplicistic and nowhere near the features of Foxit.
