Microsoft have released the April 2007 version of the MSDN library as a free download. MSDN Library provides access to essential programming information, including technical reference documentations, white papers, software development kits and code samples necessary to develop web services and applications. This is an updated version of the MSDN Library for Visual Studio 2005. Major updates in this library version include Visual Studio 2005 Service Pack 1 documentation and Windows Vista™ Developer documentation.
Updated content sets in this April 2007 Edition include:

Well in that case its necessary. But it must suck. If I need to loop up something, I usually google it.

Nah, it doesn't suck. The lookup of info (majority of the time) is faster than trying to do an online search for it. I write software for a living (and digital photography part time) and I don't connect a mission critical machine to any type of network. That's how the code for Win2000 and HalfLife (among others) were taken.

Free MSVC Express, Free MSDN. Pretty much enough for most personalsmaller projects, It's a good thing MS did.

According to the home page one is supposed to rename the .img file to .iso. Does anybody know what the reason they don't supply it as an .iso file is?
