Yep, everyone has all this crap running in the background. Just a normal thing that is.

I've used it, and it's actually pretty good. No need to install, and if you don't like it, just delete it; you don't even have to uninstall.
And if you haven't notice, it's free! They extended the full feature use period another 2 months since last version.
