Technology highlights for the experts:
* Monitor local connections: Ashampoo FireWall FREE can also monitor the local connections used inside your computer. Useful for identifying suspicious activity. Can be enabled or disabled.
* Monitor LAN connections: Monitor all the local LAN traffic into and out of your computer. Can be enabled or disabled.

The rules are comprehensive and easy to set up. It includes an Auto Start Manager, Internet Cleaner and Active Processes Manager. I was Using Comodo Firewall Pro after sygate went "pay to use" until I tried this little gem. Unlike Comodo, Ashampoo isn't always asking you to "allow" things after you have set a "permanent rule". I wont be going back.

Actually the firewall is pretty good. Just start using it now. Like it, so far.
BTW, less resource hog and less annoying than Comodo
anyone know how to make the firewall settings the same for all users instead of having each user set the firewall up with their own rules?
Has this been corrected in 1.20?
