Tech Support for Anapod Explorer sucks big time!

I am not happy with this software any more and I am looking to switch to something better like maybe "Xplay"

I agree with gate1975mlm, Red Chair Software has some serious support issues. Check their BBB history and other sources.

I recently rebuilt my computer, but ended up not being able to use their software any more as it would not activate, telling me that the version had expired. Except it was a brand new download from their site. They had workaround instructions after much digging in other forums, but those did not work either.

After many emails and support requests through their site, I finally gave up and went to use some other software. I have never ever received a non-auto generated email from them.

I'd like my money back for the software since I can't use it, but since they never actually return emails or anything...

I would never recommend using their software. Look at the crap I went through, as well as others in this thread:

The company is a scam and I'm ****ed that Paypal still does business with them. Closed my PP account after all the bull**** I went through with RedChair software. And no, I don't care if people think that PayPal isn't to blame - they are just as much of a problem as RedChair since they get countless complaints about RC and close them right away without doing anything about it.

I wish itunes would make their music store available through the web. Then i could use this and never need itunes.
