Hows this rated compared to Tuneup and CCleaner?

It works, but what's the point of making it look and act like it's running on Vista, complete with roll over titlebar button glow effects, when I'm using XP?

Dunno about Tuneup, it's more in-depth than CC, but CC does'nt claim to be a fully fledged reg cleaner. I'm running it on both Vista and Xp, so appearance is consistent. Since it's one of the few that work on Vista currently, I imagine most d/ls are for that OS.

It's fast, efficient, and does what it's supposed to. I hear a lot of criticism surrounding this application but I have no idea why. The "skin" that it has is perfectly integrated and is fast, unlike skins found in such things as ATI's Control Center.
