Typo in title... "Splitter" is missing the r.

Shame it's not freeware, personally software news would be better if it was freeware.

SolveigMM Video Splitter is still not frame accurate which means you cannot cut exactly what you wants.
I tried before with disappointment.
Now, I use avidemux which is terrific! And it's free!!
