I don't like how these new 1xx drivers make you install ntune for temp monitoring.
whats this about ntune?
anyway, shame they aren't *officially* signed for geforce4 series (but at least they don't blue screen - which the post-100 ones do)

Why, so you can complain that it takes so long to release drivers? Part of the reason they have the current release frequency is because they're integrated for one series of cards. Can you imagine a driver package with every single nVidia supported card?. 500MB for drivers, that are released monthly. All so you can avoid a few clicks.

I think that it would be sufficient to break it down by family.
Version X for 5xxx cards, version Y for 6xxx cards, version Z for 7xxx cards. The download would be smaller, and people with specific cards would only chase down new versions when their cards got updates. I don't see an obvious difference between 94.xx and 93.xx with my 7600GS, and I'd be surprised if I saw much of a change between the 94 and the 77.77 I was running for a while on my old 5600XT.
"Includes the new NVIDIA Control Panel." -- WRONG, it's gone in this driver version! Probably removed since they removed the temperature monitor from the 100 series, so they figured better remove whole new control panel from 90 series so the old users still have temp. monitoring. lol

Says GeForce4 MX 4000 in list of products supported, but its not when try to update an old system.
wtf nvidia? Vista really screwed them up lately. heh
