Funny how their interface has barely changed in nearly 10 years.

There are better firewalls available for free, like Comodo...

Who cares about personal firewalls?

If you care whether you're infected with a trojan that's trying to attack other people or send your info to hax0rs, you do. Hardware firewalls don't inspect outgoing connections to see if they're suspicious.

screw software firewalls.... a router already blocks all incomming traffic that your pc dont specifically ask for.

to me software firewalls overall aint worth the system resources they use to help for outbound traffic.... they could be helpfull if your pc becomes infected with a virus etc etc but if your carefull and run decent av software i dont think u gotta worry about getting infected.

If your PC is infected with a virus, a software firewall is not the right cure at all...

Hello? Do you see how often software firewall have updates? Hardware vendors do not update firmware very often, and cannot keep up with the latest threats. That's why software firewalls are important. I agree that a hardware firewall is a must, but dismissing software firewalls is a joke, and an elitist know-it-all attitude.
