CCleaner (Crap Cleaner) is a freeware system optimization tool. CCleaner removes unused and temporary files from your system - allowing it to run faster, more efficiently and giving you more hard disk space. CCleaner also comes with a registry scanner that scans for invalid references (advanced users) .

actualy it seems like the only difference is that the slim does not include the yahoo toolbar and is english only but with the regular one you can deselect the yahoo toolbar & SlimShady both remove the same stuff.

Don't forget that the slim one is smaller in MB's, making it a faster download and more simpler.
