TheWorld Browser is a tiny, fast, safe, powerful, multi-tabbed with multi-threaded frame browser, it is a freeware with no function limited.

TheWorld Browser 2.0 features:

Change log:

- Combine Vista/2000/XP as one version, someone said we had too many windows version, so we improve it.
- Improve download function, add sub-path insist.
- Improve function for set as default browser in vista.
- Improve add-ons dialog, add close button.
- Improve zoom in/out function, do not change scrollbar size in IE7.
- Improve a compatibility bug with Sun Java VM, now, if you had installed a Sun Java, TheWorld will choose Sun Java as java VM automatically.



- For somebody who still want to use Microsoft java vm, user can change theworld.ini manually, [option] Other Java=0 mean force to choose Microsoft JVM. 1 mean use default(Sun first)
- Fix a bug of tab bar.
- Fix a crash caused by favorites.
- Fix a bug of blacklist filter, the bug cause a blank page shown with string '0'.
- Fix a crash caused by blacklist filter.
- Fix a crash of compatible with IE7.
- Add socks insist for proxy function.
- For IE7 kernel , when web page zoomed, the zoomed image use bicubic method to got high quality effects.

I'm sure i've said this before, using the firefox icon for the options tab.. surely theres some copyright issues there?

What? He was talking about the legal implications of them using Mozilla's trademarked Firefox logo for their Options icon (clearly visable in first screenshot).

that's because the screenshot use Firefox as default browser,and the options's link is a web,of course the icon is Firefox,when use IE as default browser,the icon will be IE's icon?So whose fault?Mozilla's?

This is actually a bug of the program, not a deliberate violation of copy right.

this bug occurs when User set Firefox as the default browser of the system.
If IE or TheWorld is the default browser, there's no such problem.

I believe the author will fix it soon.

Looks like a cross between maxthon 2 and ff! Does anything better than either?

I tried this browser addon a while back. Not particularily into that scene, but this wasn't to bad.

I am using it a little bit because when I check my outlook webaccess email everything looks correct and doesnt do the whole thing that firefox does.

I think it is DHTML support maybe???? But I'll be using it
