I think it is. The only other browsers i know which dont use the IE engine is Opera and gecko based browsers e.g. Firefox.

Neowin pls change the screenshots ,every time people talk about the firefox icon.that's because u use firefox as ur default browser.i can give u some screenshots when use TW as the default browser if u want.
