Anyone installing the "Freeware" version of this software, please be aware that it is limited to a 2 minute encoding of the file you wish converting. If you wish for the encoding to be longer, you need to purchase a serial code from the "Any-Video-Convertor" website.

That's strange, i just finished to convert a wmv file to flash using Any Video Converter Free 2.0.8 without any time limits (5 minutes).

I'm sure you downloaded this : hxxp://www.any-video-converter.com/any-video-converter.exe that's why you have the time limit thing.

Q: what is the difference between the free trail version and the full version?

A: The only difference between the trial version and the full version is the limitation that you can only encode 2 minutes for each item. After you purchase our product, you will be provided your registration name and code which will unlock the limitation of free trial version.

I found that this piece of software was very hit and miss often cutting the resulting videos in length to just a few seconds.
