Don't forget the free built-in flight simulator!
Ctrl+Alt+A activates it - then choose between an F-16 and a prop plane.
Awesome if your joystick is supported.

I like the way the screenshot shows a view of The World archipelago in Dubai that is not what Google Earth shows.

IamZed, the discrepancy is due to newer images. the database used in the screenshot is using the 2006 Digital Globe for some odd reason, maybe its actually from an older earlier 4.2 release. Right now Google Earth is using the more recent 2007 database, in which the land was obviously flooded over. BUT, i can tell you how to get access to the 2006 database. Go to the "Layers" pan and scroll all the way down to "DigitalGlobe Coverage" check its box. You should start to see a bunch of different color rectangles on the map and in them you will see the DigitalGlobe logo with dates, click anyone of them, preferably closer to the island. In the tooltip that pops up, click preview, your internet browser will pop up with the 2006 database image.
