Tried to install on vista x64 and was not compatible - went to website to see and said was only compatible on x86 versions.

I tried this firewall, and it worked well, until a little mistake by me made Firefox unusable...
I have Firefox on my computer and on a USB stick and I was updating the USB version. Well, webroot threw up a message about the Firefox version having been changed, and I mucked up the response. So from that point on, Firefox was unable to connect. And no attempt to reset Webroot's settings to allow Firefox to access would function, unless I deactivated the Firewall.

This may be a simple, easy program, but it is not user friendly, nor does the help file tell you much.

This is easily fixed by any firewall. Just reboot and it will ask you again.
