Umm... This isn't a final release, is it? None of the pages have been updated, including the TB homepage and the release notes that were linked. The notes only mention TB 2.0.0.9 RC1 along with the ability to participate in the beta program.

Sigh. AGAIN. Please don't link straight to ftp.mozilla.org, link to releases.mozilla.org ... the ftp.mozilla.org is ONE machine mostly used for nightly builds. releases.mozilla.org is the load-balanced mirror network. So please do us a favour and don't point to the single machine - it really impacts on testers for many projects..

You can minimize it to tray if you use the Minimize to Tray extension.

Exactly.... not many programs minimize to the systray, at least with Mozilla, people write extensions that allow you to.
