does this driver offer any "real" performance increases on Crysis? (im currently using 163.75 WHQL) ... cause i got a AMD Athlon 3500+ (2.2ghz overclocked to 2409mhz) and a Geforce 7900GT 256MB.

well supposedly some drivers are better than others as far as performance... this is why i asked.

me personally, i am not going to bother using it unless a get a fairly big boost... cause if it's only a few frames per second on average i aint going to bother updating to this driver.

Hopefully this will get rid of the bluescreen~~(Vista and XP on the same HD)?
#8.1 excalpius on 14 Nov 2007 - 07:26
I hope you mean on the same HD but different partitions...since that's the only way you can do this without making both OSs crash like a mofo.

These drivers actually let me play GoW on XP (it kept crashing from the wargame-g4flive.exe error, but these fixed that) and give me decent if not fully playable frames in CoD 4. Good on Nvidia!
