Nvidia has released Vista drivers for the Geforce 6, 7 & 8 series. This is a WHQL release available in 32bit and 64bit flavours. International versions are not available. ForceWare ensures the best out-of-box experience for every user and delivers continuous performance and feature updates over the life of NVIDIA GeForce GPUs.

Release Notes:

WHQL driver for GeForce 6, 7, and 8 series GPUs
Added support for NVIDIA 3-way SLI Technology.

wrong link for 32-bit, it is pointing to the beta drivers, and not the final release.

If you don't care about the new Fixes and improvements, yes why should you bother?
