- anyone ever try this? ... just from screenshots it "appears" good but i dont think ill attempt using it since im confident in other FREE burning apps like ImgBurn (for DATA) & Burrrn (for AUDIO)... for my alternative to those i would say InfraRecorder is what i got installed for a backup.

- IMGBurn doesn't do individual files.

- Quote - (Slimy said @ #2.1)Yes it does. It's just a very roundabout method

your right... my "ONLY" complaint about imgburn is it's interface aint setup well for creating general data dvd's in the sence that you cant rename files once added to the programs burn list or you can create folders from within the imgburn program itself.... if this was fixed it would be pretty much perfect
EDIT:... just noticed this ( http://www.glorylogic.com/comparison.html ) ... the "FREE" edition cant do UDF standard etc etc
so it looks like im going to stick with ImgBurn.
but for those who looking for a freeware app that's a all-in-one (data/audio) i would probably recommend InfraRecorder (FREE) although i think this dont support UDF, i do think it supports all the others like ISO9660 + Joliet etc and it does bootable discs although i aint tested this myself it does have the option.... but generally speaking play it safe and go with reliable proven apps like ImgBurn (made by guy who made DVD Decrypter which before it was shutdown was THE decrypting application for getting rid of the copy protection found on movie dvd's) and Burrn cause it loads up super fast and does just about all you can do with burning just about any audio format.

- I usually use ImgBurn but this looks because when building a burn list you can actually resize the app window whereas ImgBurn is stuck small. Installed and very happy so far.

- I tried it out and it's decent little program. The only problem I encounter was after it verified the disc the application hung and wouldn't die (killing the process did nothing). Turned off 'Verify disc' and tried it again and it worked as stated. The interface reminds me a lot of Brasero for Gnome so that's a plus. It's a toss up for me between this and InfraRecorder. I'll have to test it out some more to see who is the clear winner.
