Seems as if they haven't updated the trial links yet, I logged in and downloaded it and turned out to be the advertised build.
Weird, try now.
Sometimes they take some time to update the files, but then why they updated both version to the main' pages?
I just looked at Support News section of the ESET web site here and noticed it said the version numbers would be shortly updated on their web site.

Clicking OK I get english again saying it is unable to close the requested apps. and to ensure that all apps are closed before continuing with install, which I obviously can't
Any ideas?

Just noticed 1Frothy had a similar issue in post 1, anyone else getting the same but unable to proceed as it hasnt closed all the apps down that it needs?
