Does this contain profiles for converting files for my Zune?

I'm not sure, it has MP4 support and profiles for iPod and PSP, however if Zune supports MP4 files you won't have problems, since you can create customized profiles.

Also, you can ether use MP4 or WMV, both can be played back in Zune.
