If it wasn't that UGLY! ...
So I'll stick with imgv.

You can change the skin of the program to a default "Vista" kind of look. The looks are not that distracting, even if.
Besides that, it's a very intuitive program. There are many neat GUI considerations that I appreciate, like how there's roll over options when in full screen mode. There tons of options to customize, and I have a feeling that there's more control of the image with the program compared to Irfanview.

Tried imgv for 1 minute, then killed it.

Faststone on the other hand, while not my main viewer, is a very nice piece of freeware.

And what if I'm using an own Windows theme? It doesn't fit then.
That is the major problem with all those skinnable applications; they never match your settings, except if you write an own skin...

By the way, I don't care about "feelings" but about usage. So these are already two points where I'd prefer IrfanView to this program... :-/

It takes some time to use imgv if you switched from "major" tools; but it works fast and provides all options I need. Whatever, it's sorta own taste...

Great app but the skins are ugly (why no native skin?) and it isn't as fast as infraview

I use a bought copy of ACDSee10, which is much more more polished and has more features, however, this is pretty damn good for a free image organiser and viewer, so it's well worth using if you don't want to splash out your $$$'s

Yes the default skin is fugly, but use one of the other XP or Vista skins and it's just fine.

Can someone PM a good software too for organization? For keywords and searching. I love this software but it seems only a good viewer.
