Resource .NET is a freeware utility developed for easily refresh embedded graphic resources in a .NET assembly. A standalone tool that does not require installation.

Features:
  • Support .resX(Microsoft ResX Schema 1.3 .NET 1.1/2.0 .NET 2.0) and .resources files
  • Support ImageList/Bmp/Icon/String/Cursor...etc. all resource type.
  • Support imagelist import/export.
