the clean ram tool works very well for vista i went from 600mb to 242, i didn't even know that was possible but i'm still upgrading from 1Gb to 3Gb.

What you actually did was hurt the performance of your computer quite a bit by doing that. The whole purpose of memory is to be used; free memory is wasted memory. Vista caches recently used programs and parts of the OS to improve performance. It will use as much RAM as you have available and will free up cached memory on it's own as needed. Using so called "memory cleaners" are completely unnecessary and in fact detrimental since all they do is force cached data out of memory and onto your much slower page file.

Now Vista does require more memory than previous versions of Windows to run smoothly, and in my opinion 1GB is the bare minimum. You definately will see an improvement by upgrading your RAM to 2GB or more.

I'm with Skyfrog on this one. After clearing the ram, the performance went to ****, due to Vista having to reload all the contents back into memory.

Looks a bit rubbish to be honest. They can't even spell correctly.

I stay right away from any app with poor spelling. If that's the care they take on presentation, what lies underneath in code?

Yeah but it's better than Babya OS 2007

Reminds me of the 10,000+ other programs that already do the exact same thing.
