- Well, I can name some advantages (alot actually)
- For start, CodeLite support other compilers than the gcc family (e.g. VC++), other compilers can be added using the built-in compiler framework (XML based, no code is required)
- Installation is tiny compared to bloated eclipse (Windows installer including all plugins is only 13MB, while eclipse alone is over 150MB)
- Startup time - CodeLite starts instantly with low system requirements
- Like eclipse, CodeLite is very flexible and can be extended using plugins
- CodeLite's CodeCompletion is superb
- I can name other advantages as well - but if you want to continue this debate, we can continue it here : CodeLite forums

- IntelliType is the Microsoft brand driver for Microsoft's series of computer keyboard.
IntelliSense on the other hand, is Microsoft's implementation of autocompletion.
So the answer is no, there is no support for IntelliType or IntelliSense.
There are however support for auto-completion. That is what you should have asked, and the answer to that would be yes. -
