- Unfortunately, for the personal user (ie non-corporate) there is very little that's new in this version. It still doesn't support audio/video (that's only for business users) and there's still no offline messaging. It's basically a couple of interface tweaks.

- I agree... its a waste of an update for 75% of the people who use or are waiting to use this program. It baffles me, why its taken Microsoft SO LONG to get this up to speed when they've had this for years on the Windows side.

- How many years is it going to take to get voice and, more importantly, SMS support?
Seriously, I'd be running OS X if these features were available.
What's the freakin' hold up?

- WOH! Helba!
Is this honestly the only reason you haven't moved to Mac?
If so, there are work arounds. Don't let this hold you up.
Sorry for the brief moment of FanBoy Insanity

- It's no different than version 6 for us personal users. What a worthless update. :p

- I really like adium, all it needs is AV support, and faster msn transfers. Do ya think they can rip it from Mac:Messenger 7??

- Adium is garbage! It feels flimsy and open source and has a very stupid interface, video is also very laggy....I want ****ing voice and video in MSN Messenger for Mac, and not having to go to third party crap to get that!
