- Export to CSV > Import in PHPMyAdmin > Export back > Bingo. You just saved 30$.

- True. I've found very little that Excel cannot do out of the box. It has a TON of extremely power commands and formulas that, when properly combined, make Excel one of the most powerful pieces of software on your computer.
