
Microsoft has today released Silverlight 2 RC0 to developers for testing purposes and to help them prepare their existing Silverlight 2 Beta 2 applications for the final bits which is expected to roll out at the end of this year. Follow

You don't, this release is meant for devs only. The final should be out much quicker than previous builds.
You're right about it hitting home with .Net devs, they already don't know how to program you might as well give them flash which they can do the same thing to with VB code
