Microsoft has today released Silverlight 2 RC0 to developers for testing purposes and to help them prepare their existing Silverlight 2 Beta 2 applications for the final bits which is expected to roll out at the end of this year. You don't, this release is meant for devs only. The final should be out much quicker than previous builds.

Maybe. The languages behind Silverlight 2.0 are a heck of a lot more powerful than FlashScript, so it's way ahead in that respect, and more attractive to developers who already know .Net. I think now that its using the CLR, we're going to start to see a lot more in the way of Silverlight web apps.
