When I read this I got the auto update message from FF itself Thanks for the heads up!

autoupdate always fails for me. I tried to download direct from mozilla site, however it is downloading the full version at 5bytes a sec, going to be a while before I get the full file

Their servers must be getting hammered, that or everyone wanted the en-GB version

As a matter of fact they do. Americans are getting tired of speaking like slobs and finally want the British version and proper English.

Same here. Autoupdate fails here though it does report about latest update

Worked fine for me. I just hit the "Check for Updates" button and it said "Yup, there's a new one". Simple.

'FireFox'..?

..Ahhh, now I understand the tagline "where unprofessional journalism looks better".

Sounds like this build includes these security holes. It should says "Here's what's fixed:"

Need to change the title to 3.0.8 not 3.08.

Correct.

Anyone notice that this version crashes quite a bit?

I have never had any real crashing issues with FF up until this version. Even after making a completely new profile and adding zero addons, it crashes on sites like miniclip.com for my kids and really messes up on staples.ca for my business purchasing needs.

Really strange....

I have noticed the same thing, I uninstalled all themes and now it dose not crash. I am using the basic them.

Hope this helps.
