It never fails. I just downloaded and installed 9.4 on a couple of systems yesterday.

ATI held back the release for a week for some reason, it should have been released on the 15th May but they held it back for some reason, I think it was because NVIDIA were releasing drivers and they wanted to compare who was the best. Catalyst still have an annoying bug which I have reported loads of times to them and it's still not been resolved. Whenever you change the setting, for example, AA to 8 and AAA to 16 it reverts everything back to default when you start a game which is really annoying.
