New in Release 190:
  • Adds support for OpenGL 3.1

Yeh every time neowin post about new nvidia drivers they state its for the laptops but it never is.

Update: I'm running 190.38 thanks to the next post

My new mid end Dell laptop is still stuck on 176.xx, more often than not, you need to blame your laptop manufacturer, not Nvidia.

That is NOT an option for me. Last time I tried this, the only benefit I had was problems.

Oh man big thanks, I knew modified driver packs existed but I never tried them but I was so sick of running 17x.xx when 190.xx was now out I couldn't resist. Despite a warning everything installed fine and no problems, even with dual monitors.

since putting these drivers on my screen goes black every once ian while maybe its because of windows 7 64 bit RC
