Solar powered charging bags, what will they think of next?

Have you ever been sitting the park on a beautiful afternoon and thought to yourself, "Gosh, this is perfect but what would really make today complete is if I could spend all afternoon here in the sun AND be on my laptop the entire time." Of COURSE you have! And now you can. Not only do these bags come with solar LED panels that fuel up the batteries inside- to charge your every accessory, but they're stylish accessories as well.

No, because out of the 5 laptops I've owned over the years, not a single one of them had a screen that was readable outside in the sun. Or even in the shade.

Great...I will have a use for this for about 1 month a year (well not quite, but you get the idea for people living in higher latitudes).

It's a cool idea, but these things have been out for years and the title suggests it's some "New Technology." It definitely was and still is a great idea, though.

And I much rather prefer using my laptop inside.

lol seriously you'd have to be pretty messed up (or extremely busy) to be using your laptop at the beach or something.

?

It's not on the laptop lid, it's on, I presume from the article, something like a messenger bag and could be used to charge your laptop battery, or the battery of other things.

I think it's a great idea and I don't see why anyone would actually think otherwise.
