Microsoft has confirmed that it has named Amy Hood, the company's chief financial officer for its Business division, to succeed Peter Klein as Microsoft's head CFO.
Microsoft will likely name its new chief financial officer next week and that person could be a woman for the first time in the company's history, with Tami Reller and Amy Hood the top two candidates.
