Samsung has said that it will begin volume production of flexible displays for smartphones that can be folded next year, and the first such device will go on sale before the end of 2015.
While handsets with curved displays have recently gone on sale, devices with foldable displays remain some way off, with a Samsung roadmap pointing to availability no sooner than the end of 2015.
