Microsoft has now resolved an issue with many Windows 8 PCs that were not able to run the Windows 8.1 preview, but the Fujitsu ARROWS Tab series of tablets is still unable to run the upgrade.

Fujitsu is planning to release a Windows 8 version of its Arrows Tab tablet, which, among other things, will be waterproof. The tablet should be released later in 2012.
