Even though Microsoft is rumored to announce a successor to the Xbox 360 later this year, developer Epic Games feels that games can still squeeze more out of the current Xbox 360 console's hardware.

Microsoft says it plans to take "vigorous action" against those people who have leaked and/or downloaded a pirated copy of the upcoming Xbox 360 game Gears of War Judgement.
The next Gears of War game now has a proper title, Gears of War Judgement, with word that it is a prequel to the original game trilogy and that People Can Fly is the main developer.
