International trade commission
A judge has recommended that the International Trade Commission place a ban of importing the 4 GB and 250 GB versions of the Xbox 360 S consoles into the US for violating Motorola patents.
The U.S. International Trade Commission ruled today that smartphone maker HTC infringed on Apple's patents in two claims. An import ban on some HTC products will begin on April 19, 2012.
