A newly leaked set of presentation slides from the ongoing Apple-Samsung patent lawsuit has revealed that Apple might be struggling to meet with consumers' demands in the smartphone market.
A jury has ruled that Motorola violated agreements to license some of its patents at a fair and reasonable rate to Microsoft and has ordered Motorola to pay $14 million to Microsoft.
New post-trial filings, from Microsoft and Motorola, show that the two companies are still far apart on how much Microsoft should pay Motorola for using certain patents in Windows and the Xbox 360.
