A court has cleared the way for Sony to change the Terms of Service for what is now known as its Entertainment Network (formerly PSN), arguing that users make a conscious decision to use the service.

So what's the big fuss? The PlayStation Network is getting a name change, right? Not quite - Sony has now confirmed that there's a little bit more to the story than that.
Sony announced a rebranding of its online entertainment divisions which will now all be under the umbrella Sony Entertainment Network name. That includes the company's Playstation Network service.
