Skype's video messaging feature has exited preview and is now available for free in the Skype Windows client, Mac client, Windows 8 app, iOS app (both iPhone and iPad), Android app and BlackBerry app.
Microsoft has released a new update for the Windows 8 Skype app which adds the "preview" version of its video messaging features that were added to the desktop version earlier this week.
A spokesperson for Skype has sent a note to Neowin stating that the new video messaging feature for the VoIP service will be added to Windows-based platforms before the end of April.
