After open sourcing the Windows 3.0 File Manager last year, Microsoft has now released it to the Windows 10 Store as a UWP app. It's available for all Windows 10 devices on build 16299 or higher.

Microsoft has released the source code for the original File Manager that shipped with Windows 3.0, with some minor modifications to the code that make it easy to run it on Windows 10.
