Microsoft has announced that Windows Server 2012 Essentials has reached the RTM build stage and will be available to buy Nov. 1st and inside server hardware from OEM companies by the end of the year.
Microsoft has launched the public beta for Windows Server 2012 Essentials today, the intended replacement for the now discontinued Windows Home Server software product.
Microsoft has confirmed that it will no longer offer new versions of its Windows Home Server operating system. Instead it will offer its features in the new Windows Server 2012 Essentials.
