This is hands down the best remote program I have ever used. Connects in 1-2 seconds and is fast. Love to help my family and friends with it. Never used for corporate but I heard they have license cheap for lifetime use.

i just use the free

Agreed. i don't really use it much at all anymore but when you need to help someone over the internet with a PC thing this is my program of choice.

anyone have any corporate experience with them? i use it for my parents' PCs and mine, and we were looking at it for corporate use. But we read a lot of nightmare complaints about the ever-increasing costs.

I have a commercial license of version 6. It is quite annoying as they release new versions and upgrading costs $1,000+. In a few more years I'll break even and teamviewer version 6 will have cost me as much as one of those annual services.

I maintain a corporate licence with them - tbh for us it saves us far more money than it ever costs. It's a great product compared to the likes of netviewer
