The promised playable demo for The Hobbit is now available, offering the opportunity to try out this third-person platform action adventure by The Fizz Factor and Sierra. The demo consists of three parts that sees you traversing Mirkwood Forest, and we've conveniently bundled them into one zip-file without the full DirectX distribution to reduce its download size by 32 MB (simply unzip the file and run the Meridian executable).
