As promised, Vivendi has now released the playable demo for The Lord of the Rings: the War of the Ring, offering the opportunity to try out this fantasy 3D real-time strategy game under construction at Liquid Entertainment. This single-player demo includes two single-player missions from the game - "The Siege of the Iron Hills" and "The Pursuit of Gollum." In both missions, players take the side of the forces of light in their attempt to destroy the One Ring.
