I used to use it, up until version 2010. It does an excellent job of keeping the PC tuned up. Furthermore it gives us incredible customization abilities.

The best way to pay for it is to wait for a special discount, though.

Right now, I've migrated to CCleaner + Auslogic Disc Defrag, they left my PC like new.

Induitably, but if you can't spare some dosh, freeware is better.
