uTorrent 3.4.2.33080

utorrent

µTorrent is an efficient and feature rich BitTorrent client for Windows sporting a very small footprint. It was designed to use as little CPU, memory and space as possible while offering all the functionality expected from advanced clients. µTorrent was written with efficiency in mind. Unlike many torrent clients, it does not hog valuable system resources - typically using less than 6MB of memory, allowing you to use the computer as if it weren't there at all. Additionally, the program itself is contained within a single executable less than 2.0 MB in size.

Broken RSS that doesnt auto update still.

Broken sidebar issue still.

"Stop" context menu item STILL broken, you have to click STOP then PAUSE to stop a torrent, I kid you not!

Still bloated as hell.

Still contains malware/adware ( same thing).

Sticking to qBittorrent

UTorrent sucks, use tixati instead.

Someone had to day something negative on a UTorrent update thread stat or all the space around us will rip open and we'll be thrown into another dimension. Really I don't care what anybody use's...

they should follow an update cycle like how firefox does it.....alpha builds...then make these small changes (like in this build) in betas and then release a major version once in a while which clubs everything together.....

Surprisingly, the whiners are nowhere to be found...LOL!

They whine about utorrent being "bloatware" well in fact it's only 1.8MB! LMAO!

They whine about utorrent having those "hidden crapware" well in fact, you can easily uncheck it during installation.

Regarding the ads, i bet most of us dont watch the ads 24 hours per day. Maybe some users watch the ads during download until its complete... What a bunch of... nevermind... LMAO!

Look at the internet, most people are fine with the ads that are seen more often than uTorrent seeing as uTorrent is in the background most of the time.

please, someone say how they are happy with 2.2.1 or how it has ads, or who is still using torrents, or how they are using a different client, because we dont know that yet

I'd like to know who is still using torrents? I never have, except to see what they're like, and I can find anything anyone using a torrent can find, and probably get it faster also! :)

Heh not 2.2.1 but I am quite happy with 2.0.4 and the entire reason is because one day when I reinstalled the built in update feature didn't work to update me to 2.2.1 at the time so I never moved away from 2.0.4

So apparently laziness makes me stick to my current version and it works just fine and doesnt have those strange new icons :p
