No Racism, No Threatening, No Victimization or otherwise Hateful posts
Seems like a simple rule and a civilized one too, right? Well some people don't seem to like it I am sad to say. It has been brought to my attention that one of our newer members has received a threat via PM (Personal Messaging system) while I haven't seen this yet he came over quite concerned as I would be.
Threats are definitely NOT tolerated on Neowin forums. I respect the PM Service as a private messaging system so we do not and will not monitor the service but we will take action against any member that threatens others. It is the duty of the forum moderators to take action on any wrong doing. I sincerely hope that the person who made the threat has not targeted our newer members for the hell of it.
In any case, if anyone receives threats from other forum visitors this should be reported immediately to forum moderators or admin as we do not condone this behavior. People who have some kind of a problem with other visitors should handle this via forum mods.
